Contractual Fee
The provided legal services are determined either contractually or non-contractually. The non-contractual fee is charged according to the decree:
177/1996 Coll. Lawyer's Tariff
The contractual fee is charged as hourly or per act, depending on the nature and anticipated complexity of the matter.
A legal service act includes:
- taking over the case
- drafting a notice, response to the opposing party
- drafting and filing a court proposal (especially a payment order proposal, lawsuit, divorce proposal, proposal to initiate proceedings on the adjustment of relations to minors, criminal complaint)
- participation in court hearings, interrogations, provided explanations, etc.
- drafting and filing an appeal
- consultation on the matter
Price List of Non-Contractual Fees for Legal Services:
- taking over a legal service act in a divorce case amounts to 2,000,-CZK
- a legal service act in the matter of adjusting relations to minor children amounts to 1,800,-CZK
- a legal service act in administrative proceedings, including misdemeanor proceedings, amounts to 2,000,-CZK
- drafting a purchase or donation contract for the transfer of real estate - from 2,000,-CZK (depending on complexity)
- drafting a lease agreement - from 2,000,-CZK
- drafting an easement agreement - from 1,500,-CZK
- drafting an agreement to cancel an easement - from 1,500,-CZK
